SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 5.30 pm GMT are being dispatched the same day!

We are processing our orders 7 days a week in our UK- base

All deliveries are counted in working days.

 

Customer Service Team will be prioritising order cancellations and amendments queries during the weekend. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed in store and may be collected on the first working day (depending on the courier). Deliveries are counted in working days and are taking place during working days.

 

The majority of letters and parcels within the UK are delivered on time, however, there might be some delays with a small number of deliveries. All carriers are working with reduced staffing to comply with government guidance throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and due to these services may be affected.

Below is a guide for options however there may be small changes or discrepancies at any time

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD.

Order placed before 5.30 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 5.30 pm will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Our warehouse is working 7 days a week. Orders placed between Friday evening (after 5.30pm) and on Saturday and Sunday are being packed during the weekend. However, Royal Mail collects the parcels on Monday (the first working day).

** The delivery time for the Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days. This service is not guaranteed, however, the majority of orders (98.5%) are received within 2-3 working days. Please note: Other couriers may be used when necessary to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

What is included in our tracking service?

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days (2 days for over 94% of postcodes; certain postcodes will receive a 3-day service)

  • Delivery six days per week

DPD Next Working Day is a new service which we are offering for free on orders over £120

  • Full tracking of your item from dispatch to delivery.

  • Email/SMS notification on delivery.

  • One hour delivery slot.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

1) From 1st of January 2021, all our international customers are not charged VAT at the checkout. Once you provide your shipping details, VAT will only be applied to the shipping cost.
2) You are liable for any VAT due in your country of residence. Additional customs processing charges may apply.

 

Free delivery on orders over £100 will be available for selected countries.

Please note DPD delivery takes between 3-7 working days.

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS AND INSTRUCTIONS

 

If wrong shipping details are provided during the checkout and the parcel is returned to us as a result of this mistake, we will deduct shipping cost applicable to the order. The refund will be processed once the parcel is returned to us.

 

If any of our customers requests to leave the parcel in an unattended place, Skinov8®  do not take responsibility for any damage or lost products/ parcels after the delivery.

 

EXTRA NOTES

International delivery normally takes 3-7 working days but can take up to 10 working days. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within this time frame, we ask that you kindly wait until the 10th working day before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE: the delivery may be impacted by bank holidays within the UK and in a country, the parcel is shipped to. We do not work during weekends or UK bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

In addition, we do not take responsibility for any local customs charges that may arise in any of the countries outside the UK.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer you a 24 hour return service. Please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

 

All items must be returned to us in a sellable condition. These must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

 

When and if returning your products, please consider the following terms and conditions:

  • To comply with EU hygiene regulations cosmetic products may only be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging for hygienic reasons. Unfortunately, we will not accept any opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles. Please note: this includes breaking any sealed external packaging.

  • We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us in sellable condition, in original packaging and in a sturdy return box, faulty products excluded. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show tear or other damage inflicted by the customer.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to return the goods within 24 hours, you are expected to return also any special gifts, mini products you received with the order which are part of any special marketing events. Otherwise, you will be charged for the products as advertised in special offer.

Please print and fill in the Returns Form. Please also make sure you include the form with the returned items.

Final note, we highly recommend taking confirmation from the courier that the return was shipped in case if your parcel is lost. Your refund will be processed once the warehouse staff inspects the returned products.
